Baklava是希臘/土耳其另一款經典甜點,酥皮夾堅果,很甜,但它是蜂蜜的甜,風味獨特,滿滿的堅果越嚼越好吃。通常希臘甜點就是配冰淇淋或希臘咖 啡,就是小小杯有渣渣可以占卜的那種。以前對很甜的甜點會保持距離,但自從吃了義大利的Cannoli、奧地利的Sacher Torte、瑞典的Princess Cake、泰國的Look Choop後...什麼都可以試試看了^^;
Like Kataifi, Baklava is also a well-known Greek/Turkish dessert. It's made with layers of filo, chopped nuts and honey. Filo is a kind of thin and crispy dough, means "leaf" in Greek. Baklava is very sweet (but yummy!), so usually is goes best with coffee or tea.
